Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to coaching programmes and related paid services purchased from Pureghalive at Unit 3, Victor House Barnet Rd, London Colney, St Albans AL2 1BJ, United Kingdom, whether booked via this website, email, or telephone.

It should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Before You Purchase

Before you confirm a booking, we will provide the following information in writing (by email or other durable medium):

  • A description of the coaching programme and what is included
  • The total price, including any applicable taxes or fees
  • Payment method and timing
  • Start date and duration of the programme
  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy and a link to our Terms of Use

Enquiries submitted through our website are not binding contracts until you receive and accept a written confirmation from us.

3. Your 14-Day Cancellation Right (Distance Contracts)

If you purchase a coaching programme online, by email, or by telephone without meeting us in person, you have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after the contract is formed, without giving a reason.

To cancel within this period, send a clear statement to help@pureghalive.world or by post to our address above. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory:

4. Services Started During the Cancellation Period

Coaching is a service that may begin during the 14-day cancellation period if you request an early start. If you ask us to begin delivery before the cancellation period ends, you acknowledge that:

  • Your right to cancel may be lost once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose the right to cancel once the contract is fully performed; and
  • If you cancel after partial delivery, we may charge a proportionate amount for the services already provided, calculated fairly against the full contract price.

We will always obtain your express consent in writing before starting early delivery.

5. Refunds

If you validly cancel within the 14-day period and no proportionate charge applies, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.

Refunds are processed to the original payer only. We do not charge a cancellation fee for valid statutory cancellations, though payment providers may apply their own processing times.

6. Cancellations After the 14-Day Period

After the statutory cancellation period, cancellations are handled according to the terms in your programme confirmation. Where no specific term applies, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider requests fairly and may offer rescheduling, credit toward a future programme, or a partial refund where sessions have not yet been delivered.

7. If Services Are Not Delivered With Reasonable Care and Skill

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, coaching services must be performed with reasonable care and skill, as described, within a reasonable time, and at a reasonable price if not agreed in advance. If we fail to meet these standards, you may be entitled to:

  • Repeat performance (e.g. additional session at no extra cost), or
  • A price reduction, or
  • A refund in appropriate circumstances.

Please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

We are not required to provide a refund where:

  • You have received the full agreed service with your consent and the statutory cancellation right no longer applies;
  • You cancel a confirmed session with less than 48 hours’ notice without our agreement (a missed session fee may apply as stated in your programme confirmation); or
  • You simply change your mind after the 14-day cancellation period and sessions have already been delivered or reserved.
